We started SDPF in 2016 when we realized there was a need for "twisted" Italian. Through my travels, I gained knowledge on the classics, but felt a spin was needed as all I found was "traditional" Italian fare. Nothing wrong with that but there are mnore colors on the palette than what was being offered around us.
To the kitchen the team wentand we went to work. Taking traditional Italian fare and using modern techniques and practices, we created some really good recipes using the freshest ingredients we could find at a solid price.
